Hon Francis Zaake Butebi, MP Mityana Municipality, has been the most physically brutalised MP of Ug’s 10th & 11th Parliament! I salute his courage, stamina and spirit of resistance! I pray that he and his fellow MPs, who were brutalised, recover quickly from the trauma.
