Synthetic drugs like fentanyl are the #1 killer of Americans aged 18-45. The U.S. launched a Global Coalition to address synthetic drug threats, disrupt supply chains, and detect emerging threats. I'm proud of the lives saved by the Coalition's work and America's leadership.
