Under 35 Tanzania’s youth are about 77%. Annually, 900K/1M enter job market. 80% of 18-20 are unemployed. Kenya’s 35 youth range 70-75% of which 800K/1 M yearly enter job market. 67% of 15-34 face unemployment. An EAC Youth Marshall Plan, not ‘KUWAPIGA MKWAJU’ is the SOLUTION.
