Ngl being on this tour showed me how to have more fun on stage. As a rapper I’m trained to hit every word perfect but these crowds showed me it’s about fun and not about being perfect. Even with all my experience I’m grateful and blessed to still be learning new things.

    Been running, working out,and doing lots of recovery. Did leg cupping for 2 hours yesterday and it was intense. What’s your fav recovery and how often do you do it?
