Doesn’t it bother you that the current Secretary of the Treasury doesn’t know that the U.S. halted redemption rights on all gold and silver certificates decades ago? If Scott Bessent is this ignorant of a basic historical fact regarding U.S. currency, what else doesn’t he know?
