A disruptive rainfall warning has been issued for parts of KZNl and the Eastern Cape for tonight and tomorrow. The SAWS warns that heavy downpours could lead to localised flooding, including in parts of Durban. KZN Cogta spokesperson Senzelwe Mzila provides more details.
