This afternoon, I received Prof. Anna Tibaijuka, a senior member of Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM) of Tanzania, who paid me a courtesy call at State House, Entebbe. We exchanged views on the long-standing relationship between our two countries and our two movements, the NRM and CCM.
