Elsinore: something is rotten in the state of Denmark. Andrew Scott is great, possibly, as actor Ian Charleson performing Hamlet as he dies of AIDS, but it's hard to tell in a movie so cut to ribbons. plays like an 100-minute trailer for itself, absolutely maddening to watch.
